GM Nameplate’s Beaverton, OR Division receives ISO 13485 certification

BEAVERTON, Oregon – GM Nameplate’s Beaverton, OR Division obtained ISO 13485:2003 certification. ISO 13485:2003 is an international quality management system standard for the design and manufacturing of medical devices. GMN’s Beaverton, OR Division has proved its compliance with this quality standard as of May 9, 2017 after auditing and approval by Orion Registrar. This latest certification for the Beaverton, OR Division means that three GMN facilities now meet ISO 13485 quality standards. GMN’s Singapore Division was the first facility to meet this ISO quality standard in March 2009, followed by the Seattle, WA Division in December 2013. In addition, the company has maintained ISO 9001:2008 at all of its facilities throughout the US and Asia, as well as AS9100C at three of its facilities.
