Aircraft Interiors Expo 2016

GMN Aerospace attended the 17th annual Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) from April 5-7th at the Hamburg Messe Convention Centre in Hamburg, Germany. As the largest event for aerospace interior components, AIX is the main forum to see the latest ideas and innovations from over 500 companies within the aerospace supply chain.

In addition to the cutting-edge technologies, GMN Aerospace views AIX as an opportunity to foster relationships with industry leaders and discuss how we can add value to our customers. GMN helps customers achieve their business objectives through an ever increasing focus on affordability and quality, while bringing new technology to the airplane. Over the course of this expo, GMN Aerospace had strategic discussions with customers and partners on topics such as user interface technologies, in-flight entertainment, and display integration.

This year, GMN Aerospace had the opportunity to collaborate closely with BAE Systems – a global defense, aerospace, and security company – on a technology being exhibited: the Intellicabin®. These discussions focused on introducing new technologies and best practices into user interface solutions and turn-key value add assemblies throughout the cabin.

GMN Aerospace enjoyed all the new insights and connections that were gained this year at AIX and is looking forward for next year’s expo!
