Bi-Annual Customer Survey Results

We recently completed our bi-annual customer satisfaction survey. As we’ve posted before, we conduct the customer satisfaction survey twice a year to receive feedback from our customers. The survey is distributed to all customers that have placed an order with us within the last two quarters.

Since we started conducting the satisfaction survey, customers have reported high levels of overall satisfaction when working with GMN. In fact, the overwhelming majority of customers report that they would recommend working with us.

We are pleased to report that our customers continue to give us high marks in several categories. Highlights of our strengths are listed below:

  • More than 98% of customers rated our quality as good or better than other suppliers
  • When asked what GMN could do to improve 30% responded “nothing”

Survey respondents additionally identified opportunities to improve within customer service, lead time, and pricing. Although customer service continues to be reported as an area in need of improvement, it is also the most common reason for working with GMN. Recently, many of our employees have been involved in customer service training, and we are looking forward to seeing how the efforts will continue to improve our service.

At the completion of the survey and analysis, a final report was distributed to all GMN divisions. We are currently making efforts to improve our service and products.
