Must apply clear coat to bind etch aluminum
product unless substrate is anodized,
chromate conversion or irradiated etching.
Usually materials are .020" aluminum, stainless steel or anodize
aluminum.

Permanent identification
Can be "Blind Etched" or paint
filled (multiple colors are available).

Resist is applied with a screen printing
process, making sequential serial numbers
for I.D. tags non-cost effective.
More expensive than conventional screen
printing.
