The site provides information about Elite Plastics products and services in an accessible and easy to follow format. It is targeted towards designers needing to integrate multiple plastic or elastomer molding capabilities, decorating options and assembly services to create a finished product.
The company conducted a number of informal user surveys to learn what their customers required from a new web site. “One of the consistent messages we received was the need to request samples demonstrating the breadth of our capabilities,” stated Dan Thurmond, President of Elite Plastics. “Our site accomplishes this goal with an elegant design that informs potential customers of what we do and enables them to quickly specify which technologies they require samples of for review.”
The new site features intuitive navigation, industry specific galleries, an order tracking interface for current customers, a detailed sample request form and an online quote submission option.
“We have always combined multiple capabilities to provide value for our customers,” said Thurmond. “However, we lagged behind in informing potential clients about the varied resources we provide them access to, for their projects. With this new site we have closed this gap.”
