Application: SDM Triax Speed Sensor and watch connected via a digital RF link

Challenge: Nike was faced with a very tight time frame to get the product to their distributors in time for the spring product launch. Required lead time was three weeks.

Solution: GM Nameplate took ownership of the entire process in order to meet the spring launch deadline. We handled procurement of all the components including the watches, circuit boards and final packaging from sources in Asia, Canada and the United States. The pods were then assembled, married to the watches, packaged and shipped directly to the distributor. GM Nameplate also kept detailed documentation of the serial numbers indicating which watches and pods were packaged together. The deadline was met with flying colors.
