Challenge: Providing parts on a tape carrier in roll form so the parts could be applied using robotic pick-and-place equipment--much more efficient individually supplied parts that would have to be hand-applied to the bottle.

Solution: GM Nameplate's expert tool builders engineered a custom made semi-automated reel to aid in the assembly of nameplates to the roll, resulting in savings for the customer in packaging costs.
